Spa and Home - Apply to cleansed skin morning and night for best results.

Directions for extremely dry skin: Use this oil with the moisturizer at night. In the morning, add a drop or two before applying the daytime moisturizer or sunscreen. Apply the Aloe & Azulene Gel Masque or Soft Papaya & Pumpkin Masque once a week at bedtime.

Directions for oily skin: This facial oil offers a lot of benefits for regulating oil production. The light oils will help with controlling oiliness.

For extra boost in hydration: This oil can be used in conjunction with the recommended serum, moisturizer and/or special treatment. Use serums first before applying this light facial oil, then apply the moisturizer or sunscreen as last step.

This facial oil has the incredible ability to leave skin soft and supple without feeling greasy. When used with the recommended serum or moisturizer, Matrix Oil will give an extra boost of hydration. For extremely dry skin, Matrix Oil should be used at night with a moisturizer. This special blend of oils can also be used to help quickly heal scrapes, scratches, and minor burns.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Retinol - This formula has a low dose of encapsulated delivery system that provides maximum release with reduced irritation typically associated with retinoid use. Retinol diminishes the appearance of fine lines and deep wrinkles by stimulating collagen production. Additionally, Retinol stimulates cell regeneration to enhance skin tone and texture and reduces the appearance of discoloration, age spots, and occasional blemishes. This mild but effective dosage can be used during the day and night. Using sunscreen is recommended for daytime use. Body cannot produce it, which means you must make sure you are getting enough of this valuable nutrient in your diet or skin care regimen. Good sources for Vitamin E are fruits and vegetables like apples and spinach.

Vitamin E (Tocopherol) - an antioxidant that protects and repairs the skin. The atoms that comprise the body try to maintain an even number of electrons – that’s what makes them stable. If an atom has an uneven number of electrons, it will steal an electron from another atom to become stable. When the skin takes a beating from harmful effects like UV rays from the sun the body can produce free radicals. Free radicals are atoms with an uneven number of electrons and when they form inside the body, they steal electrons from other healthy cells. This causes a damaging chain reaction and is where antioxidants like the vitamin E benefit the skin. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and prevent cellular damage from occurring. Vitamin E is one of the most powerful antioxidants, but the Argan Oil - This ingredient comes from the fruit of the Argan tree that only grows in the semi-desert region of Morocco. Argan Oil is extremely high in antioxidants such as vitamin E, phenols, phenolic acid, essential fatty acids, carotene, and Squalene. Perfect for both skin and hair, Argan Oil is moisturizing, helps to balance sebum production, and is also known to help reduce fine lines, wrinkles, redness and help repair sun damage.

Ubiquinone (CoQ10) - Ubiquinone naturally decreases in our bodies with aging and is used effectively on the skin as an anti-aging ingredient. Ubiquinone is thought to penetrate the skin easily and reduce free radical damage via antioxidant properties. It has also been found to assist cells in building collagen and elastin, therefore reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Ubiquinone also has properties that allow it to prevent or reduce oxidative damage to tissues.

Silk Amino Acids – Hydrolyzed from pure silk fibers and highly substantive to skin. Excellent moisture binding abilities.
